We are off to a flying start with our learning in Room 5.
"I like working in our classroom space!" says Molly.

Advent Wreath

We are gathering together in Te Whare this week to light the candles on our Advent Wreath.  We are preparing ourselves  in heart and mind to celebrate the birth of Jesus.

CHALK WALK

We have been learning to write using a perspective. We shared our ideas and thinking about the perspective of different characters in a Short Story. Sharing and discussing our thinking helps us to develop our understandings. Great cooperative learning Room 5.

Survivor Swimming.

Today was our final session for Survivor Swimming.
May thanks to the Instructors At Wai Splash for their planning and delivery of the series of 10 lessons.
Kids you have been so attentive and made shown real growth in your levels of skill. Well done.

Today we have had Bike Safety Checks and our first practical session.
