Statistics

Room 5 have been collecting data and learning to display their findings using Excel.
Not as easy as it looks but after the first attempt it gets easier and we get better at it.

Music Lessons

Carlos, Molly and Jack are in the swing of things with their guitar lessons.

Gathering and daily prayer.

Each week the duty group is responsible for gathering together to start the day and morning prayer. Red house were really successful with this last week. AWESOME Red House! You have some great leaders in your group.

Leaders

Last night Mrs Collier attended the Blazer Ceremony ar DHS. The prefects were all presented with their School blazer. Dr Davilious presented these school leaders with their blazors and named their particular area of responsibility.
Our school can be very proud that this year both head boy and head girl are ex St Joseph's Students.  Fantastic effort. Well done Tina and Riley.

We will be attending the Liturgy for Ash Wednesday with the whole school On Wednesday 18th February at 9:30 a.m. Parents, whanau and friends are encouraged to join us in the Church as we begin our Lenten Journey.

Students will be learning about the meaning of Lent in our class. Please take some time to talk about what they are learning in the Religious Education Programme.
